This session will give direction and tips for how to structure and build out a coffee training program. The goal is for your staff to see training as approachable, exciting, and empowering for their work. Kela started working at Sunergos Coffee in the spring of 2015. After 5 years, she was officially offered the role of head trainer. The last year and a half has been quite a journey as she continued to develop and adapt our training program. There were no written manuals on how to administer each of their trainings, so Kela dedicated herself to building out a customized training program and associated materials from scratch.
